Literature

An extensive literature database was compiled by Fran Saborido-Rey, Kjell Nedreaas, Christoph Stransky and Konstantin Drevetnyak in 2002. Please download the zipped Access file here (134 kB).

The references are categorized by "chapters" as follows:

2. Systematics, genetics, stock ID
3. Distribution and ecology
4. Reproduction
5. Age and Growth
6. Others (feeding, parasites, etc.)
7. Fisheries, assessment and management

References containing information related with several of these categories are marked with two ore more chapter numbers.

Recently, several studies carried out within the EU REDFISH project were published. The list given here will be updated frequently.
