Deliverable No. 21: Genetic analysis of stock origin and species identification of redfish larvae and juveniles (delivery month 48), status completed in month 52. It was agreed that Partner 3 would do all the screening and statistical analysis of juveniles, which made the calibration of microsatellite markers between Partners 1 and 3 less urgent. 277 individuals were screened for nine microsatellites, and the results are presented in the final project report by Partner 3 (sec. 2.3.2.2).

Deliverable No. 22: Sample database (delivery month 42), status completed in month 52. Sample database of genetic, catch, morphological and biological data was continuously constructed, and completed in June 2004. The database comprises 140 different genetic loci.
